Amanda García holds a Master’s degree in Humanistic Gestalt Psychotherapy. She is also a sociologist and a craniosacral therapist, with 19 years of professional experience. She is deeply committed to the path of expanding consciousness through the integration of body, emotion, spirituality, and psyche.

She is grateful to the Upledger Institute and the Barral Institute in Spain, where she worked as a translator and interpreter for several years, for providing the foundation of her work. This experience gave her the opportunity to learn from some of the most respected teachers and practitioners in the field.

She opened her first private practice in Salamanca, Spain, where she collaborated with the Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Association. Since then, she has continued to explore and integrate other fields of study—first through her own personal path, and then in her clinical work—deepening the emotional and psycho-spiritual dimensions of her therapeutic approach. 

She has developed a range of courses that weave together these areas of knowledge, inviting participants into inner exploration and discovery.

She has been living in San Miguel de Allende since 2012, where she works as a therapist and offers courses in craniosacral and somato-emotional techniques, attachment and lineage work, self-inquiry, and psycho-spiritual development.

She practices acting and writes poetry, loves traveling, and getting lost in deep conversations. A good sense of humor breaks down all her defenses.
